Chartered Engineer and Registered Valuer
Er. K. Kumaraguruparan, the visionary founder and president of Er. Kumaraguruparan & Associates, is a renowned figure in the field of civil engineering and property valuation. With decades of experience and a multitude of qualifications, he has led the company to become a trusted name across India. Er. Kumaraguruparan’s career began in 1978 as a consulting civil engineer, and over the years, he has played a pivotal role in major national projects. His extensive expertise includes structural designs, land surveying, valuation, construction supervision, and more. He has also undergone specialized training at the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, Dehradun, in Photogrammetry, which further enhances his proficiency in land valuation and surveying.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil & Rural Engineering
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
- Computer aided designs in Civil Engineering.,

- Diploma in “VASTUVIDYAPARICHAYA”.

As a Junior Engineer/Project incharge in Rail India Technical and Economic Services at Delhi, in the field of Surveying, Design Supervision Execution of Railway lines. Remote Sensing Survey at Dehradun.
